Motorola DROID Gets Flash 10.1
Good news for those who own the Motorola DROID: An update is coming that will install Flash 10.1, allowing DROID phones to access Flash content on the Internet.
That includes the vast majority of videos , games and interactive websites.
According to an official Verizon statement: "Verizon Wireless has begun pushing an update today to the DROID by Motorola (introduced November 2009) that will allow customers to download Adobe Flash 10.1 via Android Market. Flash Player 10.1 provides access to millions of sites with rich content including animations, casual games, videos, rich internet applications, audio and much more."
Flash 10.1 will be coming through an over-the-air update , so users don't have to do anything. However, that also means all users won't get it at once. It will be done in batches.
