Google TV to Debut September 29 for $299?

New information indicates the Logitech Revue, the first device to incorporate the Google TV service, will be available September 29 for $299.

Even though Google has put much emphasis on its Google TV service, so far Logitech is the only manufacturer to come close to releasing a Google TV device.

The news comes from an anonymous source who revealed additional details about a special deal with DISH Network. For those who already subscribe to the DISH Network, the Logitech Revue with Google TV will only be $179.

Logitech has not confirmed these details. However, Google did recently give six free months of DISH Network service to all those who attended the Google Zeitgeist event, lending credibility to the rumor.
