Stylus Makes a Comeback
Remember when a pen was considered a gift of consequence? A symbol of success? While some may say the pen will go the way of the home phone in today’s craze for touchscreen devices, Hard Candy thinks otherwise.
The company has just launched a sleek pen and stylus combo for use with touchscreens for those who find tapping, pinching and swiping awkward. Could be your fingers are a bit large or you just got your nails done, but regardless, a retro stylus may solve your problem.
Slide the cap off of one side to reveal a stylus that is compatible with your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch . Flip the Candy Stylus & Pen around to use as a pen. The pen features a refillable ink reservoir.
“I can even hold it sideways as if I was drawing with charcoal,” a customer wrote referring to use with an iPad.
What’s missing? The pen cap doesn’t fit on the stylus end and no clip or case is available at this time. However, if you are the type to hold on to a $200 Mont Blanc pen, the $35 Candy Stylus & Pen will work fine for you.
