iPhones push the envelope of phone functionality, but with the addition of a Joby Gorilla flexible tripod you can take it even further and in every direction.
The new Gorilla was designed especially for the iPhone 4. You can wrap it around a tree to capture an epic jump on the slopes, perch it on your desk for hands-free FaceTime calls or wrap it around treadmill handlebars while you watch a show and trick yourself into an extra ten minutes of workout time.
The Gorilla is made from polycarbonate and ABS plastic. It comes with a durable snap-on bumper to protect your iPhone 4 and provide an attachment for the tripod. A camera adapter clip allows the tripod to be used with a point-and-shoot camera as well as an iPhone. It will hold cameras weighing up to 11.5 ounces. For comparison, an iPhone 4 weighs just under five ounces.
Pair it with the free Gorillacam camera app available in the Apple App Store that features a self-timer mode, timelapse mode, and bubble level to add additional photography features to the iPhone camera and video functions.
