The PlayStation 2 game console may have been replaced by the PlayStation 3, but that doesn't mean it's dead. In fact, Sony is making a new TV with a PlayStation 2 built-in.
The Sony Bravia KDL-22PX300 combines a 22-inch LCD TV with a PlayStation 2 (built into the stand). Unlike the latest version of the PS3 , the PS2 can play PS2 and original PlayStation games (in case you still have any of those laying around).
That's not all this TV can do though. It has 720p resolution output, four HDMI slots for other electronics and an Ethernet port for connecting to the Internet and watching video. The PS2 is fully capable of playing DVDs (not Blu-ray though), and with the addition of a special dongle, it can even connect to wireless networks.
Now for the bad news. It's only available in the U.K. for now. Who knows, if sales are good enough it just might show up in your neck of the woods.
