The Blackberry Playbook is RIM's new tablet. The seven-inch long, ten millimeter thick device is intended to be paired with a user's blackberry or can be used on its own. When paired with a Blackberry the Playbook can be used to sync calendars, contacts and other applications. In addition, the phone itself can act as a modem for the Playbook.
The Playbook has two three-megapixel cameras in the front and back. When the user is done taking pictures or video, they can use the HDMI output to take them off the device and put them on the TV.
In addition, the Playbook features a 1 GHz dual processor and 1 GB of RAM.
