Samsung Announcing 8.9-inch Tablet at CTIA

It appears the rumors are true. Samsung has sent out an invite for a press event at the upcoming CTIA-Wireless convention on March 22 that teases an 8.9-inch Android tablet.
Samsung has already released a 7-inch tablet, called the Galaxy Tab , and has officially announced a 10.1-inch version called — somewhat predictably — the Galaxy Tab 10.1. The press invitation contains an image of a tablet with the numbers "78910," indicating there will be an 8.9-inch tablet between the 7- and 10-inch versions previously announced.
There are no other details, but Samsung will reveal more at the event in March. We'll be at CTIA-Wireless covering all the new tablets and phones, so stay tuned for more information on the Galaxy Tab.
