WORDPRESS DATA BREACH: WordPress.com, which hosts blogs using the eponymous software, suffered a major data breach that may have exposed data of its 19 million users.
CHILD-PROTECTION SITE HACKED: A website dedicated to helping kids stay safe from violence and abduction was attacked by a cybercriminal, who put links to child pornography on it.
SKYPE ANDROID APP FLAW: The Skype Android app contains a security flaw that can be exploied to make users' personal, unencrypted account information accessible by anyone.
