Hulu Plus Free for a Week on Xbox 360
While product advertising tie-ins can be quite a nuisance, they occasionally translate into free products and services. That's why Xbox 360 owners will be happy to hear that Jack Link's Beef Jerky is sponsoring the introduction of Hulu Plus on Microsoft's game console.
Hulu Plus , the premium version of the TV show and movie streaming service, will launch on the Xbox 360 tomorrow (April 29), and the jerky promotion will give all Xbox Live members (both free and Gold members) free access to Hulu Plus content, which is much more comprehensive than the standard Hulu offering, until May 6.
Xbox 360 owners should stay tuned for more promotions. The Hulu Plus launch is supposed to result in a month-long giveaway of prizes, including new game consoles and accessories, vacations and free subscriptions to Hulu Plus.
