Hulu Plus Offers Streaming on Select Android Devices

Hulu, the video streaming service, announced that its Hulu Plus premium service will now be available for streaming to Android devices.

An app called Hulu Plus for Android is available, but the drawback is that it only works on six Android devices so far, including the Nexus One, Nexus S, HTC Inspire 4G, Motorola Droid II, Motorola Droid X and Motorola Atrix. Hulu promised "additional device announcements" later this year.

Hulu Plus adds extra content and TV episodes on top of those already available through the free version of Hulu. Hulu Plus comes with a free one-week trial and costs $7.99 per month after that.
