A Remote App For DSLRs
Can't get in front of your digital SLR? Don't worry, there's an app for that.
DSLR Camera Remote, from onOne Software, can be had in two versions, paid and free from iTunes. When a typical Canon or Nikon is hooked up to any computer, an iPod Touch, iPad or iPhone can work the same way the old-school cable releases did, via the Wi-Fi connection.
It's a good solution for when you want to get in that group shot and want to avoid the ones where you are caught running to get in the picture. The down side? You still need the laptop. When cameras are tricked out with Wi-Fi, that will change.Use Your iPad Charger on Any Phone
