Monitor Your Blood Pressure With an iPod
|
Worried about your blood pressure? Don't have a blood pressure monitor at home? Paris-based Withings has the answer.
The company’s latest is a blood pressure cuff that hooks right up to an iPod, iPhone or iPad . You can even share your results, presumably with a physician, though it might also be useful for warning when you’re letting that frustrating customer service rep is about to send you into a stroke.
Withings makes several iOS-compatible products geared to self-monitoring health and helping spot problems before they get serious -- a possible glimpse into the future of health care.
