The app comes with a checklist, emergency numbers, and tells you what information you need to document in a car accident -- which is something that isn't always intuitively obvious. Given that the app was built by a law firm that can be a big help. It also does automatic filing of claims with your insurance company. To record the location of the accident it also comes with a GPS tool.
Given that it was designed by a law firm it's no surprise that the app will also help you find one and do a free evaluation of your claim. So this app may end up being a boon for lawyers who can more easily decide whether the claim is worth pursuing and drum up more business at the same time.
