A Rotisserie That Fits in a Briefcase
|
Summer barbecue season doesn’t have to end, with this useful little briefcase item, the Carson Portable Rotisserie Grill. (It’s also good if you live in a really small apartment). It’s pricey at $719, but the cool thing is that it is light (made of aluminum to cut down the weight).
While it does use charcoal for the seven rotating skewers, it runs off of a standard electrical outlet or a 12 volt battery. The total volume is about 4,000 cubic inches, so it won’t fit an entire roast but it will do just fine for most of the things you are likely to throw at it.
