This Wall Plate Removes Warts

Wall warts. They come in all shapes and sizes, those black (or white) rectangular boxes plugged into our outlets. And they all have two problems. First, they are ugly. Second, they take up an outlet and often the shape of the transformer is such that they turn a dual outlet into a single.
Well, part of that problem is now solved, and in an aesthetically pleasing way. RCA’s USB wall plate charger is cheap (MSRP is $19.99), simple and powers up to two USB devices as well as retaining the outlet that would ordinarily be covered by the wall wart.
The great thing about it is that with a few in strategic positions around the house, you need only plug a tablet or phone directly into the wall. Ordinarily you'd have to replace the outlet, and that's a pain (and expensive if you hire an electrician to do it). The power output is even optimized for power-hungry iPads (2.1 amps). Given the ubiquity of USB devices it’s amazing nobody came up with this before.
