Millions of Android users have downloaded Instagram in the past two weeks — joining what had previously been an iPhone-only community. Once you get the hang of the basics, you can explore helper apps that allow you to customize your photos for Instagram. Collage-maker PicFrame is one of the best.
Developers are hustling to make Android versions of their Instagram enhancement apps. David Boyes dropped us a line at TechNewsDaily to say that his company's popular collage photo app is available today (April 19) in the Android app store Google Play. PicFrame for Android comes with all the goodies included in the original version for iOS, such as a border color picker and adjustable border width. You can send your collage direct to Instagram — as well as Facebook, Twitter and a friend's email.
