Gmail to Offer Suggestions When You Search Messages by Subject

Gmail will get a little smarter over the next few days. Soon you will see autocomplete options by subject when you search emails — a small improvement, but one that could save a second or two each time you search your mail.
Gmail already does this when you search for a sender. Just start typing and Gmail will offer a list of emails that could be the one you're looking for.
Here's how it will work, as Isaac Elias, a Google engineer, wrote in a blog post. "You might now get 'lax reservation' or 'lax united' as predictions after typing 'lax' [the airport] if you have received an email with a flight confirmation for your trip to Los Angeles in your inbox recently."
Gmail users should expect to see the new search feature later this week.
