Facebook Scam Promises List of Who's Blocked You
A sneaky Facebook scam is promising people a list of who's blocked or unfriended them.
An app called Who doesn't like me" is currently making its way around the massive social networking site. Featuring a picture of two girls looking angrily at one another , the offer for the app reads: Find Out Who Deleted Or Unfollows You. The app promises to regularly scan users' friend list to see if anyone has removed or blocked them.
Once the link is clicked, the app asks users for permission to obtain information from their profile, and explains that it will send messages to a user's private e-mail address if it detects a friend has blocked them.
Who doesn't like me is a hoax, explained Graham Cluley, senior technology consultant at the security firm Sophos. Facebook currently offers no way of letting its users know who has unfriended or blocked them.
