White iPhone 4 Model Delayed Until Late July

A white-colored version of the iPhone 4 will not be available the second half of July, Apple announced today.
The black model of the new smartphone is currently available for pre-order and hits stores tomorrow, though it too has had announced delivery delays due to strong demand.
Apple offered no explanation for the delay other than to say that the white model has "proven more challenging to manufacture than expected."
